- Running for the first time in 12 months in preparation for your first season of cyclocross
- Medications such as:
- Diuretics, which can cause you to lose too much fluid or minerals
- Statins, which lower cholesterol

we did our silly walk drills today in the hippie forest.
i think they liked watching....
they are probably blogging about these freaks they saw that were so high they couldn't even walk
Leg pain can also mean I suck..........well thats what it means for me at least.
My legs hurt all the time so go figure.
Anyway, I actaully rode for 2 hours pain free, Yeeeeee HAW.
PT is good.
Cleaned up the CX bike and plan to make it to at least a few non local races to play with your dirty dogs.

I made that mistake once with touch football. I could barely walk the next day. It doesn't seem that bad while you're playing!
You know how you go for a bike ride and if it isn't at least an hour it was a waste of time...an hour is too long to run!
