Fate?

I have always wanted a Harlequin Great Dane.

But, since we live in a condo with no yard I didn't think it was fair (or practical) to have such a big dog).

And, we have this thing about buying dogs. All of our pets have always been rescues.

A friend recently rescued a Great Dane whose owner died.

It was a female Harlequin and she was pregnant.

Two days ago she gave birth to 14 puppies.

Let's recap, we are about to close on a new house.

The house has a big back yard (even a dog enclosure with a doggie door into the house),

We have a friend with 14 Harlequin Great Dane puppies that need homes.

Is it fate?

how many are you going to take?

it is not fate.

the dogs somehow plan these things.

I'm nut sure how, exactly, except that I do know that they use telepathic powers.....

I think one will be enough. We will have to take out a home equity line of credit just to feed one, can you imagine more?

Or, maybe we can just plant dog food in the back yard next to the plum trees? Then she can go eat whenever she wants.

Turns out she may be Mantle vice Harlequin (that is not her in the pictures)...either way she will be sweet and loved!
