Is there enough (parking) room for our suburban?
Pictures are from the web...they are viewing our offer and one other tonight at 7. Should hear something by 9. Of course I am in the ATL, only slept 4 hours last night, and have to stay awake to take the call.
There is room for the Burb. Guest house out back. Master and two spares in the main house. Lots of bathrooms. Not huge (2400). Wine cellar...sort of, more like potential for a wine cellar.
Roof top patio with fire pit (is that safe?) for fun with friends int he open air under the trees and stars.
See now, you've got me all worked up. But, not counting on it. Really stretching for this one.
Have to wait until tomorrow. They want to sleep on it.
I want to sleep too.
They are "leaning" toward our offer but want to go over the disclosures with us before they accept...and the disclosures are not ready yet...damn it Jim...and I am in the ATL and Leigh is working...
...and I just got a call from my broker...
"Not to complicate matters but the house a little up the hill on Palomar, from the one you got out bid on two weeks ago, I worked with them last year and they would be willing to sell now to you"
